O’Neal Webster Attorney Jenelle Archer Promoted to Partnership

TORTOLA, BRITISH VIRGIN ISLANDS, 17 Jan 2022 – O’Neal Webster is pleased to announce the admission of Jenelle Archer to partnership in the firm, effective 1 January 2022. Ms Archer joined the firm as a senior associate in January 2016 and has led its Property and Business Department since 2019, earning high marks from clients for both counsel and service.

Dual qualified to practice in the BVI and Trinidad & Tobago, Ms Archer advises on an extensive range of property, business, and estate succession matters. She is experienced in the acquisition, ownership, and disposal of real estate; property development and financing; corporate and tax structuring; business licensing; obtaining probates; and resolving contentious real estate and business matters. Her expertise also includes counsel to foreign nationals and entities on obtaining the relevant regulatory approvals required for the acquisition of property in the BVI.

Ms Archer received her Bachelor of Laws from the University of Guyana and her Legal Education Certificate (with Merit) from Hugh Wooding Law School, Trinidad. As part of her legal training in Trinidad, she interned with the Attorney General and Director of Public Prosecution’s Chambers within the Ministry of Legal Affairs in the Commonwealth of Dominica. Prior to joining O’Neal Webster, she practised at another reputable firm in the British Virgin Islands.
