October 5, 2018 – TORTOLA, British Virgin Islands – The prestigious International Finance Center (IFC) Citywealth Powerwomen Top 200 List has been released for 2018, recognizing successful professionals in the global private wealth industry. O’Neal Webster’s Managing Partner Vanessa King and Willa Tavernier appear for the sixth consecutive year.
Ms. King and Mrs. Tavernier debuted on the IFC Powerwomen List 100 in 2013. Due to its wide approval, the list was expanded to include 200 women in 2014.
The IFC Powerwomen Top 200 list recognises women of achievement who are trailblazers in their field, helping to promote business excellence in their home jurisdiction and consolidating the reputations of the financial services industry, globally.
Ms. King is head of O’Neal Webster’s Commercial and Banking Department. Her client base covers the major financial centres of the world and includes leading domestic and international financial institutions, high net worth individuals, law firms, and trust companies. She advises on banking and corporate law and various forms of corporate finance, including bilateral and syndicated loans, project finance, property finance, joint ventures, and corporate structuring and restructuring.
Mrs. Tavernier, Counsel, previously led the firm’s very successful Property and Business Department and now focuses on the firm’s business development.
