O’Neal Webster has been recognized for the firm’s work on behalf of Luminex Corporation (NASDAQ: LMNX) in connection with its US$50 million acquisition of GenturaDx, Inc.
O’Neal Webster won the prestigious accolade in the “M&A Deal of the Year (between $50 million and $100 million)” category at the 11th Annual M&A Advisor Awards Gala, held on 11 December 2012 in New York. The Luminex transaction was also a finalist for “Sector Deal of the Year” in the “Healthcare/Life Sciences (between $10 million and $100 million)” category.
The M&A Advisor Awards honour the leading deal-teams, firms and deal-makers whose activities set the standard for M&A transactions. O’Neal Webster worked closely with leading US firm, Bass Berry & Sims PLC on the transaction.
