We are pleased to announce that Mr Christopher McKenzie, a partner at O’Neal Webster, will be a guest speaker at this year’s China Offshore Summit at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Shanghai on 6-7 November 2013.
Chris recently chaired the committee which was responsible for the proposals which led to the enactment of changes in 2013 to the British Virgin Islands’ trust and estate legislation. He will be appearing as a guest speaker at the session entitled ‘A Leader in Trust Innovation: Changes to the Trust Legislation.‘ This will explore the significant recent changes to VISTA and the BVI’s other trust and estate legislation. Chris will also be sitting on the specialist panel session at which ‘Trusts for Asset Succession‘ will be discussed.
The China Offshore Summit combines panel discussions, workshops and presentations featuring leading financial intermediaries to discuss the many opportunities and key challenges surrounding China’s future growth and the development of investment, trade and wealth management sectors.
