Responding to business disruptions is not new to us at O’Neal Webster. Having weathered the impact of Hurricanes Irma and Maria in 2017 puts us in good stead to face and deal with the uncertainty that the COVID-19 pandemic has created.
Please be assured that we are taking all possible steps to ensure that you experience the same high level of service and support that you’ve come to expect from working with O’Neal Webster, while doing our part to observe various precautionary measures and adjust our operations to ensure the health and safety of our employees, clients, families, and the global community.
Our offices remain open, but, we are prepared in the event that all or some of our members need to work remotely. We have technology in place that enables us to work seamlessly, delivering our service to you in an efficient and effective manner.
In the BVI, government offices are in operation with many already operating via email and other electronic platforms and standards that have been in place for several years. We therefore expect little disruption in these areas.
We recognize that this global pandemic has affected many of our clients’ personal affairs and businesses, and challenging decisions have to be made on the way forward.
