BIOGRAPHY

Naiyada Henry-Callwood brings nearly two decades of accounting, human resources, and administrative experience to her role as O’Neal Webster’s Chief Operating Officer. She is instrumental in the execution of the firm’s strategic plan, and is responsible for ensuring that resources align with the group’s immediate and long-term strategies and initiatives.

In addition to executive duties, she plays a key role in strengthening our operational platform, both locally in the BVI and internationally. Her work helps O’Neal Webster deliver on its continuing commitment to exceptional client service and growth.

Ms. Henry-Callwood is a Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) Qualified Practitioner, holds an Advanced Certificate in Fund Administration, and is a Certified Chartered Accountant as a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

Naiyada also is a lecturer at the Financial Services Institute (FSI) in the BVI. At the FSI she lectures several modules of the ACCA program.
