More About Us

Paul Dennis is a senior litigator in the firm and in the territory, and head of the firm’s shipping and admiralty team. His extensive experience as an advocate since being called to the Bar in his native Jamaica in 1984, includes a tenure of two years in that jurisdiction as Acting Deputy Director of Public Prosecutions.

Since moving to the BVI where he was admitted to practice in 1993, Paul’s practice has focused on commercial litigation, corporate insolvency, and shipping and admiralty law. He has appeared as a senior barrister in many international commercial cases in the BVI High Court, the Eastern Caribbean Court of Appeal, and the Privy Council in London (the BVI’s highest appellate court).


Nadine Whyte
is a senior associate in the firm’s commercial litigation, estate and trusts Departments.

Prior to joining O’Neal Webster, Nadine was the Deputy Registrar of the BVI High Court Registry with responsibility for probate and other quasi judicial matters. She also acted as the Judicial Assistant to one of the Judges of the High Court of the Eastern Supreme Court in Tortola between June 2006 and May 2008.

Nadine was a Crown Counsel at the Office of

the Director of Public Prosecutions in Jamaica.
