Jan. 2016 – TORTOLA BVI – The prestigious Citywealth IFC Power Women Top 200 List has now been published for 2015, recognizing 200 of the most powerful women in government, private wealth, private client advisory, education, and philanthropy across the International Financial Centres. O’Neal Webster Partners, Willa Tavernier and Vanessa King, appear in the IFC Power Women Top 200 for the third consecutive year.

Ms. King and Mrs. Tavernier were first featured in the debut IFC Power Women List 100 in 2013. Due to the list’s popularity, it was extended from honouring 100 of the most powerful women across the international financial centres to 200 individuals in 2014.
Mrs. Tavernier is an O’Neal Webster Partner and Head of the Property and Business Practice group. She leads the firm’s real estate practice, advises a broad-based clientele on contentious and non-contentious real estate law, and also advises business and investors on employment issues, corporate and commercial law, joint ventures, and commercial contracts.
Ms. King is a Partner and Head of O’Neal Webster’s Commercial Department. Her practice focuses principally on Banking and Finance, Corporate and Commercial, and Trust law. Her client base covers the major financial centres of the world and includes leading and domestic international financial institutions, law firms, and trust companies. She advises on various forms of Corporate Finance including bilateral and syndicated loans, project finance, property finance, joint ventures, corporate restructuring, and general aspects of banking, corporate law, and establishing and amending BVI Trusts.
