Nadine Whyte advises in all types of commercial litigation, corporate insolvency, and probate litigation matters. In 2015 she was instrumental in the O’Neal Webster team that successfully obtained an injunction for the BVI Electricity Corporation in its dispute with Delta Petroleum (BVI) Ltd. That injunction was proven to have been fully justified by the Court’s conclusive decision in favour of the BVIEC in January 2016. Also, in 2015 she assisted Mr. Paul Dennis, QC in successfully obtaining an order in the Commercial Court, setting aside an injunction in the ongoing $500 million Hualon Corporation v Marty Limited litigation.

Prior to joining O’Neal Webster, Ms. Whyte was the Deputy Registrar of the BVI High Court Registry with responsibility for probate and other quasi judicial matters. She also acted as the Judicial Assistant to one of the Judges of the High Court of the Eastern Supreme Court in Tortola between June 2006 and May 2008, and was a Crown Counsel at the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions in Jamaica.
