Jamealya is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Property & Business Department. She serves both national and international clients in purchasing or disposing of real estate in the BVI and counsels businesses from entity formation and day-to-day legal needs to financial considerations, business expansion, or sale. She represents a BVI five-star resort in real estate and business matters.
A BVIslander, Jamealya attended the H. Lavity Stoutt Community College where she obtained her Associate’s Degree in Law. She then continued her studies in the United Kingdom and obtained her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) in 2010 from the University of Birmingham and her Post-Graduate Diploma after completing the Bar Vocational Training Course (BPTC) in 2011 at the University of the West of England, Bristol. In the same year, she became an accredited mediator through training with the ADR Group.
Jamealya is a member of the BVI Bar Association.
